Villa Graça has three bedrooms, five beds (two double beds; three single beds); three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite; a spacious living and dining room; a fully equipped kitchen; a laundry room; a garage; and a terrace with a barbecue. The entire house is furnished, as is the outdoor pool, which features umbrellas, lounge chairs, and side tables. It offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a two-car garage with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Security deposit = 10% of the rental value to ensure the care that must be taken when using the Villa

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 120 days before check-in with refund at 100%
• Cancellation up to 90 days before check-in with refund to 50%
• Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in with refund at 25%
• Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in with refund to 10%
